Bobby Lanham-Love
Chief Executive Officer
Bobby holds a BA LLB and was admitted as an Attorney of the High Court in 1995. With a career built on high-stakes commercial work, he has led complex negotiations, structured transformative BEE deals, and guided organisations through matters ranging from litigation and insolvency to banking, energy, and franchise law.
He is driven by the energy of new opportunities and is motivated by developing potential, whether in businesses or in people, and supporting growth from the earliest stages. Outside of work, Bobby is happiest when he is active and is a die-hard supporter of the Springboks and Manchester United.
Teboho Baker
Business Development Manager
Teboho holds two Bachelor of Arts degrees, one in Economics and one in Mathematics, from Westminster College in Missouri. He also completed the International Baccalaureate at Waterford Kamhlaba UWC in Swaziland. He is an expert in investment analysis, improving ESG strategies, consulting, and driving business development.
He has led ESG-focused business development and client strategy, managed key accounts and sales growth, and supported strategic initiatives and investment evaluations. Driven by impact, innovation, and legacy, Teboho is passionate about leveraging ESG to create long-term value and societal progress in emerging African markets. Outside of work, he loves travelling and has lived, studied, or worked across Botswana, South Africa, Namibia, Swaziland, and the United States.
Nicholas Brenner
Operations Manager
Nicholas holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in General Finance from Eastern Kentucky University and a Postgraduate Diploma in Management from the University of the Witwatersrand. He is a certified project management and agile professional with over 12 years of experience in business consulting.
Nicholas specialises in leading complex digital and business transformations, including enterprise resource planning implementations and organisation-wide project management frameworks. Driven by a commitment to precision and measurable results, he applies this mindset to ESG initiatives, helping translate sustainability principles into resilient business strategies and lasting impact. Outside of work, Nicholas channels his passion into padel and plays with relentless enthusiasm.
Catherine Hock
Business Development Consultant
Catherine holds a BSocSci in Politics and Philosophy from the University of Cape Town and a Bachelor of Laws from the University of the Witwatersrand. She has coordinated and supported high impact programmes focused on skills development, climate action and sustainability.
Catherine is driven by the belief that ESG is a powerful mechanism for creating socially responsible change and elevating the standards of corporate behaviour. Outside of work she enjoys open water swimming and once placed in the top ten in the Sabrina Love 6 kilometre ocean race.
Siziphiwe Jojo
Business Development Consultant
Siziphiwe holds an Agricultural Economics degree from the University of the Free State, where she was recognised as the best final-year Agricultural Economics student. She also holds a Postgraduate Diploma in Agribusiness Management from the University of South Africa.
She has built experience in business development consulting, supporting organisations through strategic growth and sustainable value creation. She is highly skilled in developing business development strategies and building financial models that drive insight-led decision-making. Siziphiwe is driven by a commitment to helping businesses reach their full potential and by the belief that meaningful improvements in the private sector can positively influence the African economy. Outside of work she is a certified cricket scorer.
Siyabonga Mbatha
Marketing Consultant
Siyabonga holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Brand Building and Management from Vega School. She brings valuable marketing experience and applies a mix of creativity and analysis to deliver effective marketing solutions. Siyabonga has expertise in analysing market trends, social media, and competitors to craft and adjust content across diverse channels.
Siyabonga also maintains brand consistency, tracks campaign performance, prepares reports, and manages key marketing administrative tasks. Passionate about ESG and business development, Siya is driven by the chance to educate and close knowledge gaps in this fast-growing field. Outside of work Siyabonga enjoys creating content and has a secret YouTube channel.
